I recently got myself a fleece-lined shirt and a cozy outdoor sweater. The stuff showed up pretty quick thanks to Royal Mail. Both pieces are top-notch quality and were packed really well. I placed my order on Sunday, December 18th, and they landed on my doorstep by the 22nd. The entire shopping journey, from customer support to delivery, was super smooth. I’ll definitely be buying from this company again.

What a frustrating experience with customer service. After sending two emails and filling out two online forms, I got zero replies. They keep throwing discounts at you, but when we tried to pay online, we noticed a difference of just over £4.00 in the final price compared to what we expected with all those discounts. I even sent an email to the managing director, but the response was still negative. That's why I chose this title for my review.

The other pair of boots has the same issue; the eyelet on the left boot came off after just three wears. Now, I’m stuck waiting two weeks for them to be sent back so they can check it out! This is some seriously poor quality control.

I placed my order over the phone during lunch on the 3rd of November and got my package via Royal Mail today, the 10th. Wow, that's impressive! I've shopped here before, and the quality has always been great, plus the prices haven't increased since before the pandemic. That's another win! ✅

I've spent a good chunk of money at Fife Country over the years without any major issues, but this time was different. I picked up a pair of sandals in July, and they turned out to be super painful for walking. After asking twice for a returns label, I finally got one, but when I sent them back, they claimed they saw no issues and that I was a week late for returns. If I had gotten the label sooner, this wouldn't have happened. Those sandals had a design flaw and were definitely not fit for what they were meant for. Not impressed with the quality this time around, and it feels like they don't care about loyal customers.

I got 2 packs of long socks back in December, and the heels wore out in just a few weeks. They replaced them without any hassle, but the new ones only lasted until about August this year. Not impressed with the so-called quality! I started using the second pack around August, and they’re already showing wear. As for the shirts, I’ve had some for years because of their quality. The last two I ordered in December 2021 in 2XL were way off in size, so I returned them and got 3XL instead. The quality and thickness of these shirts are nothing like the earlier ones I bought from them. I’m writing this complaint now because I just noticed how quickly the socks are wearing out. I’ve never seen such fast wear on these products before. Definitely not gonna use them again.

I picked up a couple of pairs of Hoggs hiking boots and I'm really pleased with the overall quality. They're tough and comfy, a solid product for sure, and the delivery was super quick.

Unlike many companies that keep bombarding me with catalogs full of low-quality items, Fife Country stands out. Sure, their prices might be a bit higher, but the quality is unmatched.
